  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Develop Dutchie's e-commerce platforms using React, TypeScript, Apollo GraphQL, and Styled Components
  - Collaborate with Product and Design teams to design, develop, and ship new customer-facing features
  - Optimize application performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
  - Stay updated with modern frontend technologies and best practices in the React ecosystem
  - Ensure high-quality experiences for dispensaries and consumers across multiple platforms
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Minimum of 5 years of web/software development experience
  - Deep understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), React, TypeScript, and software best practices
  - Ability to write clean, tested, organized, and elegant code
  - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  - Self-starter with the ability to drive projects from start to finish

  - Experience in the e-commerce, cannabis, or regulatory industries
  - Passion for using bleeding-edge technology
  - Contributions to open-source projects
  - Experience working in a distributed team or remote environment
