What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct technical pre-sales calls to understand customer needs and demonstrate product capabilities
- Provide the voice of the customer to product management and engineering teams
- Write and maintain documentation, how-to articles, and product demos
- Drive collaboration with technology partners to enhance product experience for customers
- Contribute to projects that influence product direction and improve team processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in technical or sales environments
- Basic understanding of data science workflows and enterprise infrastructure
- Strong communication skills to engage with customers and explain complex concepts
- Ability to manage multiple demands and prioritize tasks effectively
- Interest in learning about server architecture and system administration
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with data science tools and platforms, especially R and Python
- Familiarity with cloud data providers and enterprise data solutions
- Previous involvement in creating technical documentation or training materials
- Experience working in a distributed team environment
- Demonstrated ability to influence product management and engineering decisions
