What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the lead technical specialist for global RiskNarrative sales activity
- Assist in sales calls, qualifying opportunities, and delivering product demonstrations
- Manage RFPs, RFIs, and remote Proof of Concept processes
- Create process maps and technical artifacts to articulate complex configurations
- Lead the presentation of technical aspects of the RiskNarrative solution through demos and process flows
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in Pre-Sales/Solutions Consulting, Professional Services, Customer Success, or Sales role
- Proven track record in Financial Crime and Compliance/Fraud & Identity industries
- Experience within a Technology and/or Data focused organization
- College or bachelor’s degree
- Proficiency in MS Office, including exceptional PowerPoint skills

- Public speaking or public presentation experience
- Language skills - Global
