What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, review, and negotiate master professional service agreements and amendments
- Draft and redline commercial components and negotiate terms & conditions
- Execute purchasing and category strategies while managing the entire procurement process
- Assist with risk analysis and develop risk mitigation strategies
- Support RFx creation/management, third-party provider communications, and contract negotiations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in negotiation of assets, outsourced service, hardware and software/Cloud, and professional services contracts
- Proven negotiation, contracting, and project management skills
- Proficient in MS SharePoint, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Proficient skillset in analyzing cost data and research market trends
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or a related field is preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 6-10 years of experience in contract management, sourcing, procurement, and supplier management
