What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own the day-to-day management of Microsoft and channel partner incentives to accelerate customer journeys to Microsoft Azure
- Manage a seven-figure annual funding target, aligning and maximizing funding across sales opportunities
- Lead Microsoft partner system engagement and co-sell motions, ensuring effective connections between 3Cloud sellers and Microsoft teams
- Facilitate Rhythm of Business engagements with Microsoft and channel field sales leaders to drive brand awareness
- Identify operational challenges and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency in alliance execution
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-5 years of experience, with a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or Operations preferred
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) to manage large pipelines of information
- Strong analytical problem-solving abilities
- Experience working in a consulting or sales environment
- Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
