What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the maintenance and strategy execution of TotalVue™ Insights, including communication and continuous improvement initiatives
- Handle field sales and customer inquiries via email, providing timely and accurate responses
- Inform enhancement and feature roadmap using customer and sales feedback
- Create content to support various levels of product enhancements and provide demonstrations
- Support additional product marketing efforts and assist in the deployment of necessary communications
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-4 years of experience in a related field
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of effective communication strategies
- Experience leading or contributing to product marketing strategy
