What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve established goals for enrollment growth and improve Medicaid assignment percentages
- Lead and mentor new team members while serving as a positive role model
- Schedule, coordinate, and participate in enrollment events to enhance community outreach
- Develop and maintain relationships with key business leaders, community-based organizations, and providers
- Deliver presentations and distribute educational materials to prospective and current members
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent job-related experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, business development, community engagement, or the healthcare industry
- Exceptional networking and negotiation skills with experience in sales and marketing techniques
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record and reliable transportation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related discipline
- Prior experience in a senior or lead capacity
- Solid understanding of healthcare markets, particularly Medicaid
- Experience in grassroots/community outreach or healthcare marketing
- Fluency in a second language is highly desirable
