      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide senior-level support to operations and field staff with participant referrals, enrollments, and service authorizations
      - Assist in data entry and tracking within the DHS information technology system, SharePoint, and Power BI programs
      - Manage phone queues and handle incoming and outgoing calls
      - Analyze data and workflows, offering suggestions for improvements and assisting with implementation
      - Serve as a liaison to other IRIS partners or providers as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least 2 years of applicable administrative and/or healthcare experience, preferably with the target groups of the IRIS program
      - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
      - Strong customer service skills and excellent organizational abilities
      - Ability to adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and applicable software programs

      - Experience in working with adults with physical/intellectual disabilities or older adults
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Ability to function effectively as part of project teams and independently
