      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of Purchase-Based contracts, ensuring compliance and alignment with business objectives
      - Perform risk assessments and audits to ensure contract performance and compliance
      - Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on contract terms and collaborate across various departments
      - Resolve pricing issues, disputes, and conduct customer and price validations
      - Support new product launches through contract strategy implementation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BA or BS in business administration, healthcare management, finance, or a related field
      - Three years of experience in market access, contract management, healthcare, or pharmaceuticals
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
      - In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical contracting and regulatory requirements
      - Advanced proficiency in contract management systems, MS Excel, and reporting tools

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience supporting payer, PBM, Specialty Pharmacy, or government channel contracts
      - Familiarity with pricing and reimbursement, Medicare, Medicaid, and government pricing implications
      - Broad understanding of the US healthcare and product contracting environment
