What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate and oversee data collection, validation, and reporting processes for grant-funded investments
- Lead data setup and implementation for new grants, including technical onboarding and dashboard development
- Conduct monthly audits and maintain data quality documentation
- Provide technical assistance and training to colleagues and local Goodwill team members
- Analyze, interpret, and visualize mission grant data
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least five years of experience in data analysis or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in data validation and cleaning
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and data visualization tools
- Strong facilitation and training design skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification in data analytics or project management
- Experience providing technical training or support
- Previous experience with grant reporting
- Track record of implementing quality control processes
- Experience working with distributed teams
