      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support and operationalize the employer's partnership and sponsorship strategy, ensuring alignment with institutional priorities
      - Plan, coordinate, and execute partnership activations and community events, managing logistics and staffing
      - Build and nurture strong relationships with rights holders, community organizations, and brand ambassadors
      - Track deliverables and performance metrics for all partnerships and activations
      - Serve as an on-site brand ambassador, ensuring consistent and compelling storytelling

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in English, Journalism, Public Relations, Communications, or related field
      - Four years of experience in public relations, communications, writing/editing, or related field; or two years with a preferred degree
      - Proven ability to manage multiple projects with high attention to detail
      - Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a collaborative mindset
      - Must pass pre-employment skills test as required by Human Resources

      - Master's Degree in English, Journalism, Public Relations, Communications, or related field
      - Experience developing cross-platform content and engagement strategies
      - A proactive, solutions-focused attitude and commitment to teamwork
