      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with project sponsors and stakeholders to deliver quality solutions on time and within budget
      - Create and manage detailed project schedules, change control processes, and documentation
      - Identify project risks and present detailed, implementable solutions or alternatives
      - Coordinate project activities across multiple systems, departments, and teams
      - Report on program/project progress and key metrics to align leadership and staff

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 12 years of experience managing large-scale Finance Technology programs
      - At least 10 years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, or equivalent
      - Deep Finance domain expertise and working knowledge of Workday Financials
      - Strong understanding of accounting processes and management reporting principles
      - Proven ability to manage projects across multiple teams with successful delivery at scale

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with industry-leading ERP solutions (e.g., PeopleSoft, Oracle Fusion Cloud, Hyperion, or SAP)
      - PMP or Scrum certification
      - Familiarity with Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and Kanban
      - Experience solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches
      - Experience with continuous delivery practices
