What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Approve service entries in SAP and resolve invoice issues with internal and external staff
- Coordinate with the Comptroller and Procurement Department to address vendor issues
- Reallocate sub-vendor budgets in the automated invoice system
- Assist with system testing, updates, or configuration changes related to invoice processing
- Gather data and identify recurring issues within the automated invoice system to recommend improvements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in accounts payable, billing, audit, or compliance-related roles
- Strong understanding of invoice processes and financial controls
- Experience using SAP Financial Software for service entries and payment lookups
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP financial modules
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of vendor management, procurement processes, or contract administration
- Prior experience providing customer service to client departments to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Demonstrated reporting experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail with the ability to identify errors and inconsistencies
