What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own the end-to-end sourcing and onboarding of new Manufacturing Partners, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with Manufacturing Partners through virtual and in-person interactions
- Lead negotiations for Manufacturing Service Agreements (MSAs) to ensure terms support competitiveness and quality
- Identify and lead supplier development initiatives to improve quality, throughput, and reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on supplier strategies and continuous improvement projects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, supply chain, business development, or manufacturing engineering
- Proven track record in supplier sourcing, negotiation, development, and relationship management
- Hands-on experience working directly with domestic suppliers, including regular on-site engagement
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for complex negotiations
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field

- Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Familiarity with vendor management systems and sourcing platforms
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting cost models and performance data
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent project management skills
- Ability to navigate complex negotiations while maintaining professional relationships
