      Description

We're Hiring: Senior Supply Chain Analyst

Salt & Straw is on a mission to create wonder through every scoop, and behind every scoop is a complex, evolving supply chain. We’re looking for a Senior Supply Chain Analyst to help us unlock smarter, faster, and more efficient ways of planning and operating. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on solving hard problems, building scalable systems, and translating data into business value.

      About the Role

In this role, you’ll lead analytical efforts that support strategic supply chain decisions—from demand forecasting and SIOP planning to inventory optimization and logistics performance. You’ll develop dashboards, predictive models, and reporting tools that increase visibility and drive operational improvements. You’ll also play a key role in improving data quality, building cross-functional alignment, and mentoring others as we scale our analytical capabilities.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Design and build advanced analytics models for forecasting, inventory, and logistics optimization
      • Develop interactive dashboards and performance reporting (Power BI, Tableau)
      • Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve data quality issues and improve data governance
      • Support scenario planning and predictive modeling for SIOP processes
      • Lead analytical projects from concept through implementation
      • Collaborate with IT and data engineering to improve data pipelines and infrastructure
      • Share knowledge and build analytical fluency across the supply chain team

      What You'll Bring

      • 4+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, operations planning, or a related data-driven role
      • Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar tools for cleaning and modeling large datasets
      • Strong working knowledge of supply chain planning, inventory, procurement, and S&OP
      • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
      • Demonstrated ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
      • Strong project management skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
      • Bonus: Experience in food and beverage or consumer goods
