- Management of planning, scheduling and procurement of materials to support daily plant operations.
- Lead the monthly Supply Review Process which includes a full review of the plants ability to support the demand plan and monitoring resource capacity and other potential constraints.
- Participate in the monthly Executive S&OP process.
- Manages the materials planners across the team for finish goods and raw materials.
- Coach and support the team to drive results and develop the individual.
- Develops collaboration with key suppliers and purchasing to optimize material supply.
- Working Capital Management of inventory to optimize cash flow and meet monthly targets
- Overall responsibility for service levels to the customers, with a focus on on-time and in-full shipping
- Cost Optimization and Reduction efforts to support optimized financial returns.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Operations, Engineering, or Business preferred.
- APICS certification desired
- 5+ years related experience
- Strong Leadership Skills and ability to lead and motivate people.
- Proven ability to manage multiple and competing priorities.
- Strong planning, organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail oriented with emphasis on accuracy.
- Ability to set strategy and execute a plan to support strategic goals.
- Able to develop and maintain strong cooperative working relationships within the group and across the organization.
- Proficiency in MS Office products: Excel, Word and Power Point
- Strong data analysis skills; PowerBi
- Ability to problem solve and implement effective corrective actions.
- Experience using an ERP system; SAP experience a plus.

The salary for this role is $110,000.00 - $125,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
