      The Senior Supply Chain Manager leads the development and execution of strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring the evolution of supply chain capabilities to meet both shareholder expectations and customer needs. This role oversees direct and indirect teams responsible for researching, designing, and implementing supply chain models, processes, policies, systems, and methodologies. The manager defines and standardizes core planning processes and policies, while also developing tools to support demand aggregation, raw material planning and procurement, and order fulfillment across diverse business and customer models. By leading global teams, this role drives the continuous improvement of supply chain systems, enhancing inventory asset utilization and achieving high levels of customer service. Success in this position is measured by the ability to deliver transformative improvements in supply chain performance, including measurable gains in fill rates, working capital efficiency, and material margin optimization. Legal authorization to work in the US is required. Remote work is available for this role.

      RESPONSIBILITIES

      • Design, Development, and implementing strategic sourcing teams with a focus on category management, master supplier agreements, and defining and delivering increased value to an organization
      • Benchmarks, understands, and characterizes current supply chain systems, and implements supply chain processes and best practices to achieve customer service and to minimize asset / logistics related costs.
      • In alignment with global business strategies, develops and implements inventory management processes and procedures to reduce inventories and maximize inventory turns while meeting customer service objectives.
      • Continuously drives inventory turns performance and Customer (OTD) Performance to meet corporate goals.
      • Strategic, vertical inventory management and over all processes in planned purchases across the global business unit
      • Structures the direct and indirect global function and organizes priorities to achieve strategic objectives and goals.
      • Conduct sales and operations planning process (SIOP) model that includes demand planning, sourcing/procurement, capacity planning, and asset effectiveness.
      • Develop, and institutionalize standard policies and procedures for assigned business units and manufacturing entities.
      • Supports the scale-up / down of functional solutions depending on the manufacturing strategy and needs.
      • Build analytical models and tools to simulate the various changes to the supply chain in order to support strategic decisions.
      • Leads and organizes activities ensuring completion of the projects on schedule and within budget constraints.
      • Evaluate the structure of the department and related functions and implement changes needed.
      • Lead integration and management of inventory, planning, purchasing, and logistic data within the company’s system. Works with functional leaders to assess IT system and implement upgrades that meet operational needs.
      • Adheres to quality and safety systems or maintenance of quality and safety standards
      • Eliminates waste within the supply chain processes
      • Implementation of a plan for every part process in the supply chain
      • Ownership of the demand planning/management system

      REQUIREMENTS

      • Experience in strategic functional planning and organizational change management in supply chain and and/or operations management.
      • Excellent communications, negotiation, and management skills.
      • Ability to communicate cross functionally as well as up and down the enterprise
      • Effective at managing outsourced external partners to deliverables
      • Expert knowledge of supply chain ERP systems, bolt-on and custom tools/applications, and techniques.
      • Ability to effectively manage complex supply chain structure work in a fast paced, global environment

      EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

      • BS in Engineering, Business, or related field required.
      • International business experience.
      • Deep experience with demand/supply planning, procurement, and order management processes.
      • 8+ years of supply chain management in procurement, logistics, operational planning, and customer service with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
      • Extensive experience in both Contract Manufacturing engagements and internal manufacturing.
