  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Design scalable, customer-centric workflows aligned with Gainsight capabilities and customer engagement
  - Serve as the solution architect and implementer for end-to-end Gainsight workflows, dashboards, and reporting
  - Collaborate with stakeholders for requirements gathering, solution design, beta testing, documentation, and rollout
  - Integrate Gainsight solutions with Salesforce.com and project management tools such as JIRA
  - Document technical solutions, configurations, and user requirements clearly and comprehensively
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - 4+ years in a Customer Success Operations/Gainsight Admin role
  - Level 3 Gainsight certification
  - Proven ability to write high-quality solution design documents and technical documentation
  - Strong orientation toward solutions with structured process adherence
  - Extensive Gainsight workflow, dashboard, and reporting experience
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Expertise in relational database integration and SaaS data transformation
  - Prior experience with Gainsight implementation or expansion focused on maximizing adoption
  - Strong strategic advisory skills and ability to lead design workshops
  - Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration across teams
  - Experience with AI-powered workflows, especially using ChatGPT or Google Gemini
