      Maxar is currently seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Business Partner (Sr. Recruiter) for our Westminster, CO location. In this role, you will int erface wi th business and technical thought leaders to deliver qualified, bar-raising talent that will focus on supporting Maxar’s strategic priorities . You will work with business leaders and human resource partners to understand job requirements to drive the strategic sourcing and recruitment of highly skills and/or technical professionals . In addition, you will support workforce planning opportunities and develop and execute tailored talent acquisition strategies.

      Duties include, but are not limited to:

      • Deliver niche talent to hiring managers aligned to a high-performance culture at a fast pace.

      • Ensure compliance to our hiring process and that we our providing an exceptional candidate experience .

      • Partner with hiring managers and provided guidance on best practices .

      • Utilize analytics to understand and communicate your performance .

      Minimum Requirements:

      • Must be a U.S. citizen.

      • Requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of direct, corporate recruiting experience working directly with Executive leaders.

      • 5+ years of experience in all full life-cycle recruiting components to include, but not limited to: workforce planning, sourcing, qualifying/screening candidates, networking, OFCCP compliance, job analysis, salary trend analysis, and pipeline and relationship management.

      • De monstrated experience partnering cross-functionally .

      Desired Qualifications:

      • Experience thriving in a performance driven culture.

      • Strong project management and analytical skills.

      • Possesses strong oral/written communication skills.

      • Demonstrates strong initiative and works well under tight deadlines.

      • Kn owledge of and past experience implementing advanced sourcing techniques to identify talent ( i.e. complex Boolean strings in Google, Chrome extensions, etc ).

      Our salary ranges are market-driven and set to allow for flexibility. Individual pay will be competitive based on a candidate’s unique set of knowledge, skills, and geographic diversity, with earnings potential commensurate with experience. The range for this position is:

      $83,000.00 - $137,000.00 annually.


      Additionally, this position is incentive eligible with a target based on contribution, company performance, and/or individual results achieved; the specific incentive plan and target amount will be determined based on the role and breadth of contributions.
