      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage complex recruitment logistics and scheduling processes with hiring managers and candidates
      - Oversee the offer process, including drafting and routing offer letters for approval
      - Coordinate background checks, drug testing, and reference checking processes
      - Administer and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for candidate management
      - Implement recruitment marketing plans and manage vendor relationships

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
      - Minimum of 3 years' experience in a business or office environment
      - Strong emphasis on human resources and/or talent acquisition experience
      - Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and reporting capabilities
      - Basic analytical skills with the ability to assess and present key data

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the talent acquisition function
      - Demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook
