What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for Production Operations, Global Supply Chain, and cleared positions
- Develop and execute hiring strategies in collaboration with HR and management
- Utilize creative sourcing methods and technology to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Conduct prescreens and refer applicants to specific job openings while ensuring compliance
- Provide data-driven insights and project management support, including training and presentations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of corporate or agency full-cycle recruiting experience using CRM and ATS systems
- Expertise in recruiting for technical and manufacturing roles
- Proven success in high-volume recruiting and strong problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for strategic insights
- Knowledge of OFCCP compliance regulations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience sourcing candidates for positions requiring security clearances
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships and collaborate effectively
- Prior experience in the Aerospace & Defense industry
- AIRS or HCI certifications
