  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Manage the full recruitment cycle for both technical and non-technical roles

  - Strong sourcing skills with the ability to utilize multiple channels and creative approaches
  - Proficiency in collaborating effectively with hiring managers and influencing decisions through data
  - Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  - Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
