      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead recruitment for the Business group, including CCO, Marketing, and G&A functions
      - Manage and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Partners and a coordinator
      - Collaborate with hiring managers to create effective recruitment and sourcing plans
      - Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience that reflects the employer's values
      - Provide regular reporting on hiring activity and pipeline health to stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years leading talent acquisition teams for corporate/business functions in a fast-paced environment
      - Strong understanding of North American talent markets for corporate and business roles
      - Ability to use recruitment data and insights to guide decision-making
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Proven ability to build strong relationships across the organization

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in implementing DEI best practices throughout the recruitment lifecycle
      - Familiarity with recruitment tools and market insights to improve hiring processes
