What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Translate talent and business questions into analysis, including performance trends and forecast modeling
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for executive leaders and talent teams
- Conduct hands-on data analysis using SQL, BI tools, and Excel/Sheets to generate insights
- Support the design and optimization of talent systems, focusing on workflow clarity and data quality
- Act as the analytical liaison between talent, business leaders, and cross-functional partners
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-5+ years of experience in an analytical, operations, or business strategy role (BizOps, RevOps, data analytics, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau), and Excel/Sheets
- Experience working in talent systems
- Strong communication skills, capable of presenting insights and influencing decisions
- A builder’s mindset: resourceful and excited to create clarity from complexity
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in recruiting operations or talent management
- Familiarity with performance metrics and hiring strategies
- Ability to frame ambiguous problems clearly and provide actionable solutions
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
