      We are currently seeking a qualified, highly motivated, experienced individual for the position of Senior Manager, Tax. The position will report to the Senior Director, Global Tax and is located in Palo Alto, CA.


      The Senior Manager, Tax will work in a dynamic, fast paced tax environment and will be responsible for the preparation and completion of all Tax Compliance related tasks and projects. The Senior Manager, Tax will work alongside other members within the finance group and other business functions in carrying out these responsibilities and will help contribute towards Intapp’s success.

      What you will do:


      1. Tax Compliance:

      • Preparation and review of federal, state, and local tax returns to ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.
      • Ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax returns and related documentation.
      • Preparation of the monthly Tax general ledger reconciliations

      2. International Tax:

      • Manage international tax compliance and reporting, including transfer pricing, foreign tax credits, and international tax treaties.

      3. Tax Provision:

      • Prepare and review quarterly and annual tax provisions in accordance with ASC 740.
      • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of tax positions and disclosures in financial statements.

      4. Indirect Tax:

      • Oversee the management of indirect taxes, including sales and use tax, VAT/GST, and other transaction-based taxes.

      7. Audit and Risk Management:

      • Ensure robust internal controls are in place to mitigate tax risks and support audit requirements.
      • Preparation of SOX documentation and assist with the financial statement audit.

      8. Special Projects:

      • Assist with preparation of transfer pricing and research and development tax studies.
      • Ad hoc research and additional special projects.

      What you will need:

      • Ability to work and communicate with operational and corporate finance personnel
      • Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with both external and internal parties
      • Possesses strong written and oral communication skills
      • Energetic and flexible team player with the ability to adapt to a changing environment
      • Possesses the willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done accurately, efficiently and with the highest level of integrity
      • Strong organizational and project management skills
      • Ability to work independently with high attention to detail
      • Bachelor's Degree in accounting; preferably with CPA, JD, Master's Degree, or other form of advanced education
      • Twelve plus years of relevant tax experience, including 5 years of public accounting experience
