      Minimum Requirements :

      • 5 years as Tax Manager
      • Experience working with UHNW clients
      • Good tenure
      • Open to hybrid 3 in office 2 remote
      • BS / MS Accounting / Finance / Taxation

      The Tax Manager is responsible for managing the tax department and ensuring that the company is in compliance with all tax laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of taxation experience working with Ultra-High-Net-Worth individuals and families and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

      Responsibilities :

      • Oversee the preparation and filing of all tax returns of individuals and corporate tax returns
      • Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities for clients
      • Stay up-to-date on tax laws and regulations
      • Review and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness
      • Supervise and mentor junior tax associates
      • Communicate effectively with clients tax authorities and other stakeholders
