      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage day-to-day interactions and performance with customers, including requests related to number porting and inventory
      - Provide escalation support for customer integrations through effective communication with customers and internal departments
      - Evaluate reporting data to identify training needs and improve support processes
      - Contribute to customer health checks, business reviews, and strategic planning sessions
      - Deliver training to support personnel and ensure customer success

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3-5 years in a technical customer support role
      - Strong knowledge of telecommunications, particularly SIP and number management
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels
      - Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile team environment
      - Strong analytical skills and familiarity with large data sets, experience in Tableau preferred
