What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead end-to-end implementation of agentic AI workflows for enterprise customers
- Own the entire project lifecycle, ensuring successful customer adoption and mitigating risks
- Continuously monitor AI Employees’ performance and establish evaluation criteria
- Train and educate customers on effective utilization of AI technologies and workflows
- Act as a strategic advisor, helping customers maximize ROI and monitor satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years in a Technical Account Manager, Customer Success, or Solutions Architect role within Enterprise SaaS or AI platforms
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, cloud services, and enterprise integrations
- Proven track record of building strategic relationships with enterprise customers in complex environments
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for diverse stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with a customer-centric mindset
