      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze, investigate, and evaluate losses to determine coverage and claim disposition
      - Establish appropriate reserves for indemnity and expenses within prescribed authority
      - Prepare comprehensive reports and identify claim trends for management and underwriting
      - Manage relationships with various business partners and act as a liaison
      - Monitor case resolution process and participate in special projects

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree and 5 to 7 years of relevant claims handling experience
      - Experience with Commercial Umbrella policies/Excess claims averaging $1-3 million or more
      - Advanced knowledge of Commercial Casualty claims investigation, coverage evaluation, and resolution strategy
      - Strong coverage analysis skills highly desired
      - Ability to work independently, achieve results, and execute thoroughly

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Coverage A and Coverage B claims on admitted and non-admitted paper
      - Experience mentoring others and serving as a Subject Matter Expert with related claims
      - Intermediate to advanced level of skill in customer focus, problem solving, communication, teamwork, and adaptability
