      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a functional and technical expert on customer engagement teams, configuring integrations based on best practices
      - Develop integration plans and strategies, implementing the latest ServiceNow AI offerings
      - Collaborate with developers to ensure integrations align with overall project goals
      - Analyze and improve existing configurations to support customer needs and future developments
      - Troubleshoot and resolve complex user issues related to integrations and AI solutions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Active Security Clearance Required
      - Minimum of 6 years of configuration/development experience with integration technologies
      - At least 2 ServiceNow mainline CIS certifications and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
      - Strong experience with Integration Technologies (REST/SOAP, middleware, LDAP, etc.) and SaaS technologies
      - Proven ability to influence and consult in complex customer environments

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with ServiceNow’s Predictive/Task Intelligence, AI Search, and Virtual Agent
      - Familiarity with data management, database design, and technical components like LDAP and SSO
      - Strong JavaScript skills with practical experience
      - Background in Self Hosted implementations and/or Domain Separation
      - Excellent presentation and report-writing skills
