What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute observability strategies using Instana and Grafana for maximum system performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather needs and ensure alignment on observability initiatives
- Analyze system metrics to uncover optimization opportunities and cost savings
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely license renewals for monitoring tools
- Lead a team of technical resources, conducting talent acquisition activities and identifying training requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6 years of related experience with 2 years in a leadership role within observability, monitoring, or performance analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or related field
- Proficiency in Instana and Grafana or other APM tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of mid-tier technologies such as Pega, Unix, Linux, WebSphere, JBOSS, and DB2
