What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the development of complex product specifications for engineering teams to build new platforms
- Collaborate with leadership to create and execute the product roadmap
- Produce technical documentation for diverse stakeholders
- Manage the product backlog for transaction processing and integrate 3rd party services
- Perform market research to identify gaps and opportunities while engaging with users for insights
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum six (6) years of experience in delivering Core Banking, ACH, loan payment features, and card processing
- Minimum six (6) years of experience in delivering technical features for financial institutions or managing B2B SaaS products
- Broad knowledge of payment technologies including debt repayment and card processing
- Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and collaboration skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in product management of scalable, performant, and highly available API-based platforms
- Ability to use data and metrics to inform product decisions
- Expert visual modeling skills for user journeys and procedural flows
- Willingness to travel domestically on a quarterly basis for client engagements and conferences
