What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify and prioritize the needs for Metrics, Mission Management, Product Safety Assurance, and Regulatory workstreams
- Build cross-functional plans, define and verify acceptance criteria, and drive alignment to deliver workstream outcomes
- Proactively address dependencies, risks, and change management while reconciling gaps in timelines
- Report status to leadership and drive timely execution on the Technology Roadmap
- Collaborate with engineering teams to maintain accountability and provide updates on the health of the technology roadmap
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, or Technical Program Manager in autonomous vehicles, robotics, automotive, or similar industries
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field, or a Master’s Degree with relevant experience
- Strong track record of driving execution of cross-functional programs and communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience managing a cross-functional roadmap, including dependencies, risks, and change management
- Strong active listening, negotiation, and prioritization skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the Autonomous Vehicle Industry
- Experience integrating safety case, regulatory requirements, and acceptance criteria into software design
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Miro
