What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach
- Conduct initial assessments and technical screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in IT/Software/Technology sectors
- Strong understanding of technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, DevOps, Data Scientists, Cloud Architects)
- Proven success in sourcing and closing passive candidates in a competitive market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment CRMs, and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow)
- Ability to handle multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills to interpret recruitment data and optimize strategies
