What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own the end-to-end technical hiring process, collaborating with leadership to build and execute hiring strategies

- Embed within the team at the Redwood City Office to enhance candidate experience and culture integration
- Develop scalable recruiting workflows and improve hiring efficiency using data-driven insights
- Collaborate closely with company leaders to align recruitment efforts with business growth goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6-10 years of experience as a technical recruiter, with a focus on senior technical roles
- Proven ability to leverage recruiting tools and creative sourcing techniques
- Strong communication skills to engage with candidates and executives alike
- Startup mentality with the ability to adapt quickly and work with urgency
- Professional network with backend engineers as the primary hiring focus

- Experience using AI recruiting tools to enhance recruitment efficiency
