What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute strategic recruiting vision to support the employer's mission and growth
- Own the full recruiting lifecycle for both technical and business roles, from entry-level to senior leadership
- Design and refine interview processes to ensure fairness, consistency, and high-quality hires
- Build and promote the employer's talent brand through external representation and community engagement
- Track and measure recruiting metrics to uncover bottlenecks and improve efficiency
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 7 years of recruiting experience across technical and business roles, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or technology startup
- Proven experience in building scalable recruiting processes and systems
- Strong emotional intelligence and ability to handle sensitive hiring situations with professionalism
- Business acumen to understand how hiring impacts company strategy
- Excellent communication skills, able to influence decisions with data and insights
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in coaching hiring managers on market trends and best practices for candidate engagement
- History of representing a company at industry events and networking opportunities
- Familiarity with using data to drive improvements in recruiting processes
- Ability to maintain a positive candidate experience for all applicants
