      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own full-cycle recruiting for R&D teams, predominantly in product design
      - Conduct extensive research and market mapping to identify top talent
      - Act as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders, influencing outcomes through insights
      - Drive long-range talent strategy and proactive engagement, even when no active roles are open

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in product design (UX, Research)
      - Proven success in recruiting for senior stakeholders, emphasizing trust and influence
      - Ability to build effective outbound and passive talent strategies
      - Strong track record of navigating complex hiring scenarios and maintaining a focus on quality
      - Excellent communication skills to align stakeholders and ensure crisp execution
