What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in technical sourcing or recruiting within autonomy, robotics, or a niche engineering field
- Proven ability to use talent market insights and data to influence leadership decisions
- Strong ability to assess talent and guide others in the evaluation process
- Excellent communication skills with confidence in engaging with internal and external leaders
- Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
