      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs across engineering, product, and design
      - Build and manage full-cycle recruiting processes to deliver a high-quality pipeline of technical talent
      - Source, engage, and assess candidates for roles ranging from entry-level to senior leadership
      - Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify hard-to-find talent, especially in AI/ML engineering
      - Collaborate with People/HR to continuously improve interview processes and evaluation methods

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 6+ years of technical recruiting experience, with ideally 3+ years in-house at a high-growth tech company
      - Demonstrated success hiring across engineering, product, and design functions
      - Proven ability to attract and hire AI/ML engineers or related specialized technical talent
      - Strong experience managing the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to close
      - Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, Series B environment with evolving priorities
