What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering, data science, and AI/ML roles, including proactive sourcing and market mapping
- Collaborate with hiring managers on intake meetings, qualifications, and offer negotiations
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) end-to-end, including automation, reporting, and interview scheduling
- Champion a positive candidate experience through clear communication and fair evaluation processes
- Publish recruiting analytics to guide process improvements and funnel health
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 6 years of technical recruiting experience in engineering, ML/AI, and data roles, including 3+ years in a VC-backed, early-stage startup
- Strong knowledge of a modern ATS, preferably Ashby, including automation and reporting
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for sourcing, candidate review, and communication
- Experience in creating structured interview processes, scorecards, and running interviewer training
- Proven track record of inclusive recruiting practices and building diverse talent pipelines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience recruiting in health tech or other regulated domains
- Proven success in hiring for AI/ML specializations, including MLOps/model development and deployment
