What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build the first sourcing engine to attract and evaluate qualified engineering candidates
- Conduct initial assessments of candidates to evaluate skillset and cultural alignment
- Manage candidate relationships from the application stage through the hiring process
- Ensure a candidate experience that reflects the company's values of clarity, decisiveness, and kindness
- Utilize data and observations to recommend and optimize recruitment processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a B2B SaaS Technical Recruiter
- Strong technical understanding to evaluate candidates' skill sets and project experience
- Ability to creatively approach recruitment and set a high standard for quality of hire
- Proven sales skills to engage potential candidates and articulate the company's value proposition
- Motivated and able to maintain pace in a fast-moving recruitment environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience running recruitment experiments or unconventional hiring strategies
- Familiarity with engineering recruitment processes and industry standards
- A strong network within the B2B SaaS engineering community
- Demonstrated curiosity and low-ego approach in interactions with candidates
