What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Technical Architects to define project scope, technical direction, and milestones
- Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to ensure timely project completion
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for training and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate all stages of project development, including research, design, programming, testing, and implementation
- Track project deliverables and manage issues, changes, and releases for implementation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma required
- 5+ years of experience leading project-focused initiatives in a cross-functional matrix
- Knowledge of project management and experience with agile methodologies and tools
- Prior experience in the healthcare industry
- Proficiency in analyzing complex business rules and ensuring they meet user requirements
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of data structures and experience with KQL/Python/Spark
- Microsoft Fabric Development and Utilization experience
- Experience working on new development and services in healthcare data
- Familiarity with Scaled Agile methodologies
