      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as Senior Technical Specialist on approximately 15 Photo Camps annually
      - Ingest, organize, and track 20,000 - 50,000 student image files
      - Teach and demonstrate the use of cameras, laptops, and editing software to students
      - Support the Photo Editor with creating the Final Show for each camp
      - Organize and maintain Photo Camp gear and manage overall archiving processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree
      - Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a relevant field
      - Knowledge of various camera types and styles, with the ability to teach their use
      - Proficiency in Photo Mechanic, Lightroom, Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Premiere Pro
      - Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with youth between the ages of 15 - 25
      - Strong ability to problem-solve and think critically in diverse environments
      - Experience managing multiple projects, details, and timelines effectively
