      JOB SUMMARY

      We are currently seeking a Territory Manager II that will be based anywhere in Peru. This role requires a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for driving sales of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to clients and distributors. This includes:

      • Promoting and Selling: Presenting and selling PPE products to clients and distributors, ensuring their needs are met and promoting compliance with industry safety standards.
      • Building Relationships: Developing strong relationships with clients and distributors to build trust and foster long-term partnerships.
      • Market Knowledge: Staying abreast of market trends, competitors, and industry regulations to ensure effective product positioning and sales strategies.
      • Sales Reporting: Tracking sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and contributing to the overall success of the team.
      • This position offers the opportunity to play a crucial role in promoting safety within various industries, while utilizing your commercial skills to drive business growth








      YOU MUST HAVE

      • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Sales Management, or related fields.
      • Commercial sales experience in B2B, especially in technical sectors.
      • Knowledge of PPE and safety regulations (NRs), particularly regarding personal protective equipment.
      • Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, including negotiation and distributor relationship management.
      • Effective communication skills to engage with clients across different levels, including safety engineers and procurement teams.
      • Willingness to travel frequently

      WE VALUE

      • Experience in the mining sector or companies that supply to the mining industry.
      • Familiarity with mining companies.
      • Knowledge of indirect sales models, involving distributors as a key part of the sales process.
      • Ease of handling technical products and knowledge of market regulations.
      • Spanish proficiency
      • English proficiency
