- Responsible for leading the content design team through the creation of development training and support materials. Ensures materials and presentations are current and relevant. Maintain understanding of existing and emerging media creation (Adobe Creative & Articulate Suite) & delivery technology to create and manage the creation & delivery processes for training content across all media types (audio, photo, video, print, mixed reality, etc.)
- Designs and customizes program materials; including facilitator guides, participant workbooks, presentations, job aids. Incorporates ongoing evaluation information into class materials on a continuous improvement cycle. Researches and customizes new learning solutions, not limited to instructor-led and online learning modules
- Builds and maintains strong client, and subject matter expert relationships to gather ongoing needs assessment information and build curriculum content.
- Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for leading the content design team for Talent Development. Responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, update and follow through of the Universal Orlando operational training program content and materials, including, but not limited to eLearning, video, PowerPoint, and support documents. In conjunction with Senior Manager, Research, develop, and customize learning solutions to support those needs; manage administration and marketing of classes and workshops and assist in measurement for assessing knowledge and application of learnings from the learning experience.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university.
EXPERIENCE: 3+ years of design experience within a multi-divisional, service-based business environment required; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 3+ years of experience in a leadership role – managing people and/or projects. Demonstrated ability to write and create training materials. Demonstrated ability to communicate with all levels of leadership.
