      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement interactive, engaging training for new hires and current employees
      - Design curriculum, job aids, and facilitation materials aligned with training outcomes
      - Facilitate virtual training sessions, including new hire orientation and technical skills training
      - Collaborate with business partners to design training solutions and evaluate knowledge transfer
      - Mentor and support the professional development of trainers, fostering a culture of continuous learning

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or Equivalent
      - 3-5 years of experience in training delivery and instructional design
      - Proficiency with the ADDIE model and/or Six Disciplines of Breakthrough Learning
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Experience facilitating virtual training sessions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree
      - Experience with AI-powered learning tools or platforms
