      About this role:

      Wells Fargo is seeking a Treasury Management Sales Support Senior Manager within Global Treasury Management as part of Enterprise Functions providing coverage of Enterprise Finance, Human Resources, Public Affairs, Legal, and Strategy, Digital and Innovation Group portfolios.

      In this role, you will:

      • Manage and develop a team of individual contributors and managers in roles with moderate complexity and risk
      • Engage and influence stakeholders, internal partners, and peers associated with the function or affected by its outcomes
      • Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development
      • Develop and execute the strategy for the sales support group and ensure it aligns with the overall Treasury Management Sales strategy
      • Manage and motivate large Sales Support teams that are geographically dispersed
      • Determine appropriate strategy and actions of Treasury Management Sales Support team to meet moderate to high risk deliverables
      • Interpret and develop policies and procedures for functions with moderate complexity within scope of responsibility
      • Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including more experienced managers as well as interact directly with external customers
      • Manage allocation of people and financial resources to ensure commitments are met and align with strategic objectives in Treasury Management Sales Support functional area
      • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy


      Required Qualifications, US:

      • 6+ years of Treasury Management Sales Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
      • 3+ years of management experience


      Desired Qualifications:

      • Global Treasury Management Government and Healthcare experience preferred
      • A BS/BA degree or higher
      • Senior level leadership in financial services experience managing a complex organization including, managers, and individual contributors
      • Ability to influence outcomes at senior levels
      • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
      • Experience managing multiple initiatives and projects simultaneously
      • Highly refined and professional verbal and written communications, who can also assist in building and presenting complex topics to Executive management in multiple mediums


      Job Expectations:

      • Ability to travel 25% of the time
      • Ability to work a Hybrid schedule

      Los Angeles, CA: $106,300-$188,900 Annually

      Pay Range

      $106,300.00 - $188,900.00 Annual
