What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform daily cash management and reconcile bank transactions to ensure accuracy
- Investigate discrepancies and recommend process improvements to mitigate risk
- Collaborate on month-end closing tasks, including reconciliations and general ledger adjustments
- Act as a point of contact for inquiries and resolve complex issues related to cash accounts
- Create and update procedure documentation as necessary to streamline operations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in treasury operations, banking, or corporate finance
- Knowledge of banking processes and experience with SAP (preferably S4Hana)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle numerical data and meet tight deadlines
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Clean credit history as reported by credit report
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in identifying at-risk processes and suggesting improvements to eliminate fraud risk
- Familiarity with creating procedure documentation and collaborating with various departments
- Proven problem-solving abilities and experience in cash management processes
