What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct in-depth investigations into high-risk platform misuse, such as phishing and fraud
- Triage and resolve escalated tickets related to unauthorized access and legal compliance
- Evaluate enforcement of Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy in collaboration with Legal
- Develop and enhance Trust & Safety programs with efficient workflows
- Collaborate cross-functionally to protect customers and ensure platform integrity
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4 - 7 years of experience in Trust & Safety content review, particularly with sensitive content
- Proven experience in analyzing abuse patterns or platform misuse at scale
- Knowledge of laws impacting Trust & Safety, including Intellectual Property and global privacy laws
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across teams
- High integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience building Trust & Safety programs, including escalation frameworks and stakeholder messaging
- Comfort with making judgment calls based on incomplete information
- Ability to balance empathy for users with firm enforcement of policies
- Curiosity and openness to learning about emerging technologies like AI
