Senior Tutor - SAT Math Section Specialist

- Provide SAT and ACT Math section tutoring to students in grades 9-12
- Tutoring assignments are 60-90 minutes
- Tutoring assignments will be regular and reliable
- Tutoring sessions are generally scheduled between 3PM and 9PM ET during the week and between 10am - 4pm during weekend days
- 3-12 hours per week of availability
- Earned Bachelor's Degree
- Demonstrable experience and test expertise
- Exceptionally strong communication skills
- A passion for helping others learn
- Familiarity with online lesson delivery
- TPAPT SAT/ACT math certification preferred
- No marketing
- $55-$75/hr. commensurate
- Flexible schedule and reliable assignemnts
TPAPT, a national nonprofit consortium of over 12,000 locally owned and operated Tutoring & College Advising Programs, is seeking experienced SAT math section specialists to work with US students in grades 9-12. Tutors will work closely with students to understand their unique learning styles and create customized lesson plans that support their individual academic goals.
The ideal candidate is passionate about education, exhibits strong communication skills, and has instructed or tutored both the SAT math sections in a paid capacity for 3+ years.
